• Contributing to serving millions of underrepresented individuals globally, with a focus on addressing climate change.
• Developing and maintaining a 99.99% uptime high-performance core infrastructure/banking system.
• Managing integrations with various payments and service providers to streamline clients’ financial processes.
• Integrate with other measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV) solutions.
• Design elegant systems that optimise for speed today, but are flexible enough to scale over time.
• Build an early engineering-first culture that values scientific rigour, pragmatism, learning and teamwork.

• 3+ years experience in software development.
• Experience in a fast growing start-up or FinTech environment.
• Proficient in JS/TS/CSS, React and web fundamentals.
• Experience in RESTful APIs to connect web applications to back-end services.
• Eye for detail, taste for great UI and care for accessible UX.
• Wants to work closely with customers to figure out how to delight them.

• Understands when to prioritise for speed compared to scale-proof solutions.
